Am I locked out from the 2142 forum, or is it just temporarly closed?

I was looking at the 2142 forum, and I can browse it but I can't make any posts or respond to anything. So is it just locked temporarly for everyone or did I do something to earn a permalock?

I think you need to ask for access or something because too many people were flaming the game in it.
