Awesome! I remember reading wayyyyy back that Halo was started as an RTS then was turned into an FPS!

Definatly going to watch this one...

Gahhh don't ruin my mental image like that..... In the Trailer they show a large contigent of Spartans...thats cool and all but I hope they use spartans like the "hero" units in Star Craft...

im hoping that mob of spartans will be equivalent to a mob empire earth heros

richard the lionheart could take down defensive towers by himself. he was a real man.

also, isnt that for the 360? wont rts on a console kinda suck? >_>

they put Battle for Middle Earth 2 on the 360 and got great reveiws for the way it played.

Console RTSs suck because of how hard it is to select units, the lack of effective control groups, and no minimap click jumping.

is there no mouse/keyboard for the 360? hell, even my good ol' dreamcast had a keyboard and mouse for it, though i never used it myself. wish i had one cause typing messages out with the controler was a real bitch in phantasy star online.

I havent' seen any in stores yet... either way I'm not sure I'm willing to spend 150 bucks for a mouse/keyboard combo (that's probably what a Microsoft made set would cost gauging from their current accessory prices).

i'm using a wireless USB keyboard right now.

remember, 360 = USB = any keyboard you want to use.

I'm using the USB Wireless network adapter... so that's out.

still 2 other connectons on the front, and you can use a USB hub to increase the connections.

just gotta love standards eh

Heh I used to play PSO on the dreamcast for hours on end, good times...who knows maybe we played together :P.
