Stat Reset

I'm not terribly concerned with this one, but I have heard a few admins, and/or players talking about the stats being reset sometime soon. As I said I am not as concerned about, but I'm sure some stat whores out there might be. So I guess any info might be appreciated by them :yaya:

Reset the stats, stat whores will rebuild themselves to 5,000 kills soon enough.

I think I'm a better player than I was a month ago, and most of you are too.


I wouldn't be opposed to a quaterly reset. Keep the previous stats in an archive maybe.

Hate for some one to "rest on their laurels" or people punished for their lack of experience. :jester:

Though 404 out of 2861 sounds a lot better than 404 out of 406 players.

Actually stats don't matter to me too much, as long as I kill some of you AT LEAST once during the night. :jester: :sniper: :mp5: :mp5: :sniper:

I also agree. I am certainly much better now then when I first started gaming on this server. Also, I don;t know about all of you, but I can't seem to get the hitbox portion of the stats thing to work. That would be cool to see. I also would like to see the live update thing for FF #2 up there on the stats home page. If this is a vote, I say resest and update the stats page.

The hitboxes in the stats are not working b/c there isn't any plugins out right now to generate those stats that is compatible with Psychostats. Once there is, we'll use it and then you see your shooting zones.

To play devil's advocate, if I was ranked high in the stats or held a record, I would be totally against resetting.....

I really dont care if the stats are reset or not, It would be nice to get rid of all the guys who are banned or dont play here. And if you do reset the stats is there a way to make it so people only show up after playing on the server for a certain amount of time like 4 hours? That might be a way to keep the amount of people listed down.

Stats have been reset. Initially, you need to play 30 minutes and 5 rounds to be included in the stats. When more players are ranked, we will filter it it out with longer play time.

So give it a week for the stats to repopulate. This is new a good time to get your clan tags straighten on while playing on the servers.

Uh oh they were reset, hope those stat whores aren't mad at me for bringing the topic up :flipoff: :D Anyways I agree that most of us are better for playing here and stats arent that important, but I sure was happy of my shotgun whoring, I was up to like the 18th rank in one day :jester: Oh well, at least its a clean slate to mold now.
