Ever fly the bomber over your runway and not be able to pick up all 5 bombs? If this happens you'll notice that the next time you reload all 5 bombs on your runway you'll only drop one bomb when you click your mouse. But when you click it again you drop the other 4 all at once.
A similar thing happens with jets that have only two bombs. Where only one bomb gets dropped at a time instead of both of them at once.
It is not known whether this is a feature or bug. It's highly debated. I suggest we not debate it here.
My tip is how to fix it, for those who don't know...
To fix it in the bomber, fill up all bombs so you have 5. Then drop only the one bomb, leaving the other 4. Then fly over your runway again and replace that 1 bomb you dropped. The next time you click your mouse to drop your bombs, you will drop all 5. Just make sure you always pick up all 5 bombs when you fly over the runway or this behavior will happen again.
To make this bug/feature happen, simply fly over your runway and NOT pick up all 5 bombs. This can be done by flying accross the runway instead of down the length of the runway.
To fix it in the jet (with 2 bombs), drop a single bomb, leaving one bomb in your bay. Then restock that single bomb over the runway again and the next time you drop your bombs, both of them will drop.
To make this bug/feature happen in the fighter, go accross your runway instead of lengthwise and pick up just one bomb. Then go over your runway again and pick up the second bomb. When you click your mouse, only one will drop at a time.
This can be used to your advantage if you're a good bomber. Most armor take 2 indirect hits to kill. So if you have two bombs and can drop only one at a time, you can pass twice over the same tank and kill him by dropping one at a time each pass. Unless you're very lucky and can score a direct hit on the top of his turret (or he's already partially damaged) this is a good technique.
