Fraps..

Anyone use it? I downloaded it a couple days ago and tried using it, but it cause ALOT of lag.

Just wondering if anyone knows a way around it?

I record demos with mat_picmip 4 on. Then once i've got it i put my settings up high and play it back while recording with fraps. It still lags a bit while i'm playin but i've only got a 6200.
